Information you provide
Contact and project forms collect your name, email, optional phone number, project details and contact permission. Account registration stores your name, email and a one-way password hash. We use this information to respond to requests, manage accounts and follow project inquiries.
Who can access it
Authorized New Horizons team members manage requests and project records. Martinez AI Studios operates the website and its technical services. Hosting, database and email providers process information needed to run the service. Contact and account details are not published in the project portfolio.
Email and account security
Transactional emails include inquiry acknowledgments, verification links, password resets and administrator invitations. Session cookies keep you signed in. Verification and reset links expire. Do not include payment card details, identity documents or other sensitive information in a project description.
Optional analytics
When enabled on the live website and accepted by you, Google Analytics measures page use and selected actions such as a successful inquiry or a phone-link click. We do not send form contents, email addresses or phone numbers as analytics event fields. You can change your analytics choice using the footer control. Essential account and security cookies remain necessary for those features.
Project photographs
Only authorized team members can upload project photos. They must have permission to publish them and should avoid faces, documents, private addresses or other identifying details without appropriate permission. Uploaded photos are resized and re-encoded to remove embedded metadata.
Your requests
To ask about access, correction or deletion of your information, contact Newhorizonsremodelingllc@gmail.com. Information needed for an active request or applicable recordkeeping obligations may need to be retained. We do not sell inquiry information.
